During the inspection we will immediately assess the technical condition of the building and estimate the renovation costs. Based on thorough research we will determine a strong bidding strategy within your budget.

After successful negotiations, the notary will have the deed of sale drawn up and we will plan the signing moment within 1-2 weeks. We will go along and check everything. At the transfer, we will first inspect the house. Then you will receive the key from the notary.
